AAC Men's Basketball Tournament

The AAC Men’s basketball tournament is this weekend, and you can catch every single game from the first round until the championship game at FedEx Forum.  The Memphis Tigers will play at 2 p.m. against the Tulane Green Wave.

Annual St. Patrick's Royal Armanda Caravan and Pub Crawl

Join Silky O’Sullivan’s and the Beale Street Merchant’s Association for the 46th Annual St. Patrick’s kickoff Celebration. The Royal Armada will leave Silky’s at 6:30 p.m. to head out to the Memphis International Airport to greet this year’s Irish guest Piano Man Gerald McLaughlan for cocktails at Maggie O’Shea’s. The merriment then heads to Huey’s Madison – Murphy’s on Madison – then back to Silky O’Sullivan’s where the party will continue to the wee hours. Plenty of transportation will be provided for anyone interested in attending OR you are welcome to BYOL (Bring your Own Limo) You must be 21+ years of age to attend. You won’t want to miss this kickoff celebration!!!

Pup in for our soft opening event to celebrate St Pawtrick’s Day! Meet our staff, see the park, and let us know what you want to see at your new favorite dog park! Join the design and planning process via community charrette, enjoy live music, food trucks, and local beer. All dogs and people are welcome, but dogs MUST BE on a leash. You will also be able to sign pup for memberships onsite. Just bring a copy of all vaccination records (including canine flu, booster, rabies, distemper/parvo, bordetella), proof that your dog has been spayed/neutered, and sign an admission of non-aggression. 🐶

The 46th Annual Silky O’Sullivan Beale Street St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 on historic Beale Street! Wear your green and bring the family for the city’s largest parade with bands, cars, dancers, floats and more!

In yet another themed edition of PubSing, we’ll sing and highlight the drinking songs from the mission fields of St. Patrick, Ireland!  The PubSing concept is simple: We gather, we drink, we sing!  All you need to do is show up and starting drinking — we’ll provide everything else! Cooper-Young St. Patrick's Day Parade

Bring your family and friends to the third annual St. Patrick’s Day parade in Cooper Young! Parade starts at York by Memphis Made and travels down Cooper Street to Walker Street. Parade floats, cars, bands, marchers stop briefly for introduction in front of the bandstand at Celtic Crossing Pub.

The Emerald Isle at Elmwood

Erin go Bragh! Join the staff of Elmwood Cemetery in the Lord’s Chapel at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 17 for a unique treat in recognition of St. Patrick’s Day.   The evening kicks off with delicious Irish-themed treats, and beer, wine, and other beverages. Next, there will be a 45 minute seated presentation on the Irish and the Scots who rest at Elmwood and their fascinating lives. Stories of influence, success, and good old luck will be told.
