Bridges will glow blue in honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month

All Lit Up for Child Advocacy

April is National Child Abuse Prevention month. To shine a light on the issue of child abuse in our community, the Hernando De Soto and Big River Crossing bridges will glow blue Monday, April 1, 2019.

The Memphis Child Advocacy Center and Mighty Lights are partnering on this project.

The bridge lighting will start at sundown and will glow blue between the nightly dynamic Mighty Light shows until the last one at 10 p.m. The bridges will remain bathed in blue until dawn.
