STYX founding member Dennis DeYoung to play Summer Symphony with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra

One of the founding members of STYX, Dennis DeYoung, is performing at the Live Garden for this year’s Summer Symphony with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra!  DeYoung is also the lead singer and writer on many of the band’s top 10 hits like “Lady,” “Babe” and “Come Sail Away.”  These hits, as well as others, are being performed at the Summer Symphony with the MSO.  The concert is set for Friday, May 24.

DeYoung is a legendary singer, songwriter, keyboardist, composer and record producer with a career spanning more than 40 years. His voice is one of the most recognizable in the music world today and continues to inspire new generations of fans.

The Memorial Day weekend concert presents the perfect opportunity for friends and family to sit underneath the stars and listen to DeYoung and the music of STYX and the Memphis Symphony Orchestra while surrounded by the beautiful landscape at the Memphis Botanic Garden.
